Add 'arm64' to the list of architectures recognized as simulators in Device.swift.
This update ensures compatibility with simulators running on Apple Silicon Macs, enhancing the development experience on these newer platforms.

Hi @kishorepran and @ferencIOS, do we have any update on when the changes might be merged? I'm running into the same crash without arm64 support and would appreciate any info. Thanks!

@thiagocenturion , @FlorianBorg , do let me know if you need an SPM or a pod version update release. I am un available from 5th-12th Oct. will create a version and publish a release on 13th thanks.
