created a crc64 hashing algorithm

Created the crc64 algorithm located in lib/algorithms/custom/_crc64.py
Set crc64 to identifier 1100
Added crc64 to the oracle 10g and half md5 verification
Added prefix of (0x)? and suffix of (L)? to catch if they're using hex or not
Added crc64 to the FUNC_DICT
Removed crc64 from the "being worked on" list
Created a convert_file_size function that will translate the byte size into B, KB, MB, etc..
Minor edit to the perms argument in bf_attack.py file
Created a way to show what arguments are being used when the verbose flag is run
Minor tweak to the --use-hex flag help menu
Edited the checksum files
Bumped version number

I'm going to merge this because the MD5 sums aren't matching.
