Add Andino description and Gazebo launchfile #2

This PR adds the Andino description files from the andino OS repo, which include meshes, xacro, launchifles, and configuration files.

It also includes the launchfile andino_gz.launch.py to launch the Gazebo simulation with the Andino robot.
