Change the default world to be populated_office

Summary

Use populated_office.sdf as the default world. It is probably a more suited environment for an andino than a warehouse.

Definition of done

• [ ] Modify default world to be loaded from the launch file.
• [ ] Modify default map (when using nav2) to be used.
