Summary

[ ] Provide a dockerfile for running Isaac Sim in Ubuntu 22 with ROS Humble.
[ ] Update launch file, this dismisses https://github.com/ekumenlabs/andino_isaac/issues/14
[ ] Update README with instructions for setting up the project.
