...from a pose graph and a ROS 2 bag using the cartographer_ros package.

Proposed changes

I had to create a PLY file from a ROS bag and a pose graph to work on https://github.com/Ekumen-OS/beluga/issues/348. I figured this is the right place to save these instructions.

Additional comments

Tested with Magazino's hallway_return bag.
