Tag Attribute Value Consistency

true/false, yes/no, 0/1 within the existing [custom] tag attributes.

Also I've noticed that "exported_column" for example should also be accepting 
"exported-column".

A general issue with the existing code that requires attention.

A few commits back I modified token_store_with_argument_attr to convert signal 
names passed in from the XML separated with underscores to hyphenated strings, 
so it's likely that I could do the same thing for at least the name part of tag 
attributes.

Modified token_store_attr() for tag attribute names in r404.

Everything is consistent and will continue to be because much new code is 
simply copy and pasted existing code so I'm not inventing anything new.
