Rat Catchers #84

It really doesn't make sense that cats don't attack rats when cats are known for catching rodents. I would appreciate this feature being added. The Libri specifically states that owls are good at hunting rats, but they never actually do.

Wait, what? That's an... interesting choice. Still makes sense for cats to catch rats though. It would also be nice for animals to fight along with us like they do in Minecraft.
