dragons not spawning in nests since creatura disabled the spawn abm #46

dragons don't spawn in nests since https://github.com/ElCeejo/creatura/commit/24f997039fd9e7d8a24dd42e39c63bfa204214cf disabled the spawn abm that handles creatura:spawn_node.

Please re-enable the spawn abm until it's fixed here and in https://github.com/homiak/waterdragon
