Crosshair is slightly stretched in 21:9 #461

The UI works very well, though the crosshair exclusively is stretched slightly too much horizontally for all crosshairs

If I had to guess, I'd say the HUD stretch/scale/offset/whatever values in globals need to be adjusted with the rest of the values in the HUD resolution adjustment function. Probably not the only value that should be changed too especially now that more of globals fields are known, for example medal offsets and equipment icons weren't previously accounted for.
