Proposed changes in this pull request:

  1. Added a "Hide HUD Visor Outlines" option to game settings.

  2. Added a HUD widget state flag that can be used to hide a widget when the hide HUD visor outlines option is enabled.

Why should this pull request be merged?

Competitive players sometimes prefer to play like this. The visor outline can also cause issues on particularly wide aspect ratios.

Have you tested this on your own and/or in a game with other people?

Tested alone.
