feat: support html entrypoints that coexist with the generated pages #53

Description 📖

This pull request adds support for .html pages in src/pages, which are compiled separately from the îles-managed .vue and .mdx pages.

Motivation 🤔

The main use case is to allow creating "apps" or "examples" that are built along the site, and can be easily referenced via iframes—it's particularly useful for pages that should have completely isolated styles.

It can be considered as an escape-hatch, as it provides the full power of Vite.
