Add italian language files for games and rules

Many thanks Davide! Currently I'm working on some bigger reconstructions on the code in the 'NewBoardContainer' branch - unfortunately with very slow progress. Because of this, the next release might take some time; or I'll prepare a new release just with your translations. Anyway, both options might take some time - please have a little patience!
