The game currently has 2 bishops robes. They are generally fine and historical (except for a few details I'll talk about).
Since they are used for the whole game 879-1453) and all over Europe, they become a bit monotonous and I think it would be best to make new textures.
I suggest making more, but just with new texture and color, without having to create the item from scratch. I think, I am not sure how this works?
Details
Both bishop robe 1 and 2 are supposed to be a chasuble I think.
regional variations
In reality, the church was very international, and precious clothes were often made and sold across Europe (especially in England and Italy and sold everywhere else), so in reality there doesn't need to me any regional variation for bishop's clothes
early vs late medieval
The basic design was very similar, it just got more elaborate when it came to the decoration and the stitching. So if you want to make early vs late versions, you can just have a simple texture for early and more elaborate later.
Bishop robe 1
This item is well done, and although the texture suggest an elaborate piece (so probably post 11th century) it is good enough to be historical for the whole game. The only issue is the lenght: it should come down much further, probably to the knees. Other than that, it is fine around the arms.
indeed: it was worn longer
Here is some inspiration if you want to make more with different colors and textures:
Bishop robe 2
Honestly, this confuses me. It's a bit ahistorical (it almost looks like a dalmatic) and it's plain ugly with that poorly rendered emboridery. I woudn't focus on it.
