Quality of life update #64

Goal :

Help with other mods compatibility
Introduce customization systems for modders
Clean up and optimize the code

Wishlist from Tobbzn - Way of Kings

[x] A way to force using "artifacts models" such as iron crown of lombardy : pre-assigned triggers in modifiers, but leave them empty so any mod can catch them.

[x] List available triggers in .info file in common/scripted_triggers.
[x] ~~Disable auto assignement of artifacts models if their cfp_force_itemID trigger is actually defined.~~
