unable to input apn #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flash paranoid android 3.69
2. Flash latest gapps
3. Flash neak kernel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version

Please provide any additional information below.
Flashed back the kernel in pa package added APN backed it up. Flashed neak 
restored APN. Pain in ass

Really, you think this is kernel related? Therefore you don't know either how 
the f**k a kernel works, and that the APN/Modem/Radio system is ROM dependent. 
Also if PA doesn't have SELinux support in latest builds, it's their problem, 
because they SHOULD update their ROM to follow the new features of CyanogenMod. 
I just follow the kernel features of CM builds.
