[Bug?] Vanilla health appearing over hud #16

I'm not sure if this is some setting, but after I launched the game with default cfg my vanilla health bar stays and if I enable the hud health bar to always be on the vanilla one stays aswell. obrazek

Remove HealthMetrics lol, that is not vanilla
