Minor fixes #16

  1. Use batch_class config file in run_pipeline
  2. Support creating new keys in override_config
  3. Move meta_prompts's Path instantiation to llm_chain
  4. Fix bug when (null) estimating on epoch not in dataset

Modify initial.prompt: add text for distinct and realistic samples
