Description: ✍️

Adds a count down timer to the view for trains departing within the walking distance.
- eg. If the F train is departing in 9min, and your talk time is 10, the train time will begin a countdown from 9:00min, 8:59min, 8:58:mins etc..
Gets a patch bump
Adds use of mutation observer to update the DOM
