Composer data collector #59

I don't really understand the use case as you can see this the composer.json in your filesystem.

Did this work with the Symfony3 directory layout?

  1. If you look at the code you will see that I use: vendor/composer/installed.json
  2. I have not yet tested, but I don't see any problems.
