UBUNTU 18.04 ElasticSearch 5.6.13 ElasticHQ 3.5.0 Python 2.7.12

Issue Description

I am trying have ElasticHQ startup as a service automatically when server boots

A bypas is issuing the startup command in /etc/rc.local
