Correct for Openshift 3.11 #466

Hi, in the openshift 3.11 ELK stack is installed in "openshift-logging" project instead "logging" project.

Since I cannot verify this, @ricardozanini can you confirm? I believe this is a modification on your original PR.

Actually, there are installations that the name of the project is simply "logging". I believe that we can also add an observation to the docs to users to change this name according to their needs (logging or openshift-logging or whatever name they put on the ansible role).

Unfortunately, we can't add a variable on the NGINX configuration (will have to load a lua module for it), so the user should change the proxy URL manually.

We can merge this PR and them add this observation in README.md file.
