try deopt manager
Uninstalled Edxposed Manager, re-installed. It started saying "active" 😄
I had to reboot to get GravityBox to work, but now it's working! Yay 🎉
So, something weird about my installation order messed this up. I did try several different versions before i got things stabilized.
I'm closing this, thanks.
Reinstalling the manager is actually the same as deopting it.
And gravity box, it's a known bug and will be fixed by the module itself. See https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposed/commit/84822379184bfdcd830fff997265ac410e200e66.
Thanks. Upon further testing, GravityBox is recognized and I can use the app to set the tweaks, but unfortunately they don't seem to take effect. I don't see any errors, but it simply does not appear to do anything, even after a reboot.
I know this is not an Edxposed issue, but do you happen to have any advice on this? Was it supposed to work on my device?
because gravitybox cannot load configuration. plz wait for fix from gb.
Possibly the same as Issue #756, but my logs look different so I opened a new Issue to keep things clear
What happened? Installing for the first time on new device (Galaxy A7 Tablet), I always get the yellow banner saying
EdXposed Framework is installed, but not active
. Then if I load modules they don't work (tried GravityBox, sayssystem framework not responding
)Xposed Module List None yet. Just tried GravityBox.
