Select between SandHook and YAHFA #815

With the new merged zip, it looks like it defaults to YAHFA and switches to SandHook in certain cases:

Can this be documented please? I've been getting confused posts from users who want to use YAHFA because it passes SafetyNet, but don't know how to force it.
