Update template to mention Cloudflare Pages #42

Cloudflare Pages (https://pages.dev) is our Jamstack-y static site deployment tool - since it's been released, it's a better fit to mention here than Workers!

@lukeed & @signalnerve Would love to have a pages.dev over a netlify setup for the docs. What is the equiv of the netlify.toml? I haven't played with pages yet.
