th always centered

In html.py change line 90

from:

            if not self.th:
                align = self.td.get('align', 'L')[0].upper()
                border = border and 'LR'
            else:
                self.set_style('B',True)
                border = border or 'B'
                align = 'C'

to:

            if not self.th:
                align = self.td.get('align', 'L')[0].upper()
                border = border and 'LR'
            else:
                self.set_style('B',True)
                border = border or 'B'
                align = self.td.get('align', 'C')[0].upper()
