What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start with the the same files as described here

2. replace code as shown below
3. browse .../issue.pdf
Replace the last line in issue.html as follows
{{#=HTML(BODY(UL([text('à'),text('€')])))}}
{{=HTML(BODY(P(text("x''''''''x"))))}}
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see "x''''''''x" but instead see "xx". All single quotes vanished.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same as in issues #65 and #66
