When using Languages that are inside of the "otherLangIds" array shiki will not render anything.
They could all loaded by default as we are only using the plugin server side and this will not affect the output files at all. This would allow us to always support all languages that are included in shiki.
[x] enable all languages by default
[ ] add config option to disable the "non-default" languages (should reduce memory footprint of this plugin while building the page)
