Moving tabs from a workspace window keeps the tab in the workspace #10

When removing the tab it is still considered part of the workspace. This will produce issues like:

  1. Open workspace
  2. Split tab off
  3. Close workspace window
  4. Close split tab
  5. Observe the workspace only contains the single tab

Related, when moving a tab to another, existing, window, it still maintains it's status as part of a workspace.
