How can I use an expansion header connector on the board #29

Hi, I found a black header connector(5 pins) on right-top corner of PCB. It is mentioned on enclosed flyer that expansion connector including IO/ADC/UART and power . How can I use this ?

IMO, crowtail analog devices connect to extension header using this adopter? https://www.seeedstudio.com/Grove-4-pin-Male-Jumper-to-Grove-4-pin-Conversion-Cable-5-PCs-per-Pack.html (BUT, I don't know compatibility crowtail and grove device)
