Single "_" on the LCD display #2

Hey After doing every step as mentioned. I am getting a "-" on the Rpi Display but I still get the HDMI output working Whenever I try to switch back to HDMI: it shows

Switch to HDMI sed: can't read /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-fbturbo.conf: No such file or directory @ #
