Doorrange doesn't work well on dedicated server #101

It seems that on a dedicated server the door range is always minimal, at least as the client renders it.

I cannot find different behaviour is server/client door range.

I did find a bug where the door range calculation was based on the coordinate, ignoring the orientation. But the old version, with client & server tables both facing the same direction I got identical behaviour.
