Check loss model for candidate converters #76

Check if loss model for candidate converters is correct for: https://github.com/Electa-Git/PowerModelsACDC.jl/blob/8ef219296223306a53e976005bad9ab788cb0171/src/formconv/dcp.jl#L139 .

Add unit test withpm.setting["conv_losses_mp"] == false for the DCP TNEP problem.
