[x] develop unit tests (not easy given CI time limits)
[x] code in src/server looks like scripts to me, not core module component? -> move to unit tests or /scripts
[x] stochastic data extensions to be integrated into input m files (io/io.jl)
[x] write down what is supported, what not (DC lines?) ->expand the readme a bit
