Looking at the table of contents, I cannot distinguish draft chapters from chapters with content, except by mousing over and noticing if the cursor shape changes. This makes it tedious to navigate the structure.
Do you recommend a solution?
Perhaps a solution to #26 would apply to the table of contents and solve this issue.
This is resolved by following the proper mdbook convention: chapters in the outline without a link are shown distinctly as draft empty chapters (with no corresponding chapter file).
