update Transaction History UI and add Save an address button #1343

  1. remove the Collapse transaction button and allow the user to expand and collapse the transaction by tapping anywhere on the said transaction (except for the address and transaction ID which expands/collapses itself upon tap): https://www.figma.com/design/ItxXKIvUZRpdabGhMAlmPs/PR-Designs-(2024)?node-id=1112-2279&t=D7bhjdX1e9GG8SL7-4

  3. remove the "No message included in a transaction" copy when there is no memo present in a transaction
