FInalize design of the sync status progress bar and text

• Remove the "X months ago", as we can't actually give a date because we use non-linear syncing.
• What does "stopped" mean to users? (what can users do when the Synchronizer is stopped? just wait?)
  • If due to no internet connection, show this
  • What set of errors should be shown here as well?
