There are a couple missing screens:

• Scan QR ( please mock out with a blank screen and a button that returns an address)
• Address Book (this can be shown as disabled)

And we are missing the FIAT conversion API that hasn't been defined yet. Please mock this one out with an Effect as you see Fit.

Important notes: There are similarities between Requesting Zec and Sending Zec. Have this in mind.
