Suggest to change the lightwalletd server if it doesn't respond within a timeout #62

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's a terrible experience when the lightwalletd server you're depending upon is down, and there's no feedback about what to do in order to get your wallet to sync.

Describe the solution you'd like

If the lightwalletd server you've selected is not performing well, you should be prompted to switch (i.e. told what the problem is and where the setting to change the server is).

The user could also permit automatic switching in the advanced options, but that is not part of this issue.
