Running against lighwalletd in darkside mode commit 07fd6a966a136a751b37b8c54a6679499def0caa.

I tried to debug this.

On the beginning of the test balance is 200000 and verified balance is 100000.
Then the test sends 1000 and default fee is 10000. So the test expects that balance will be lower by 11000.
After the send balance is 100000 and verified balance is 0. Test expects that balance is 189000.
After the sync balance is 198000 and verified balance is 0. Test expects that balance is 189000.

I don't understand why.
