Untracked headset causes infinite rewind #42

If the following conditions are true:

the headset is connected, but not tracking (flashing green)
ArmSwinger and Wall Clip Prevention are enabled
the game is started

ArmSwinger will go into an infinite rewind condition due to headset collision. It is detecting a collision with the floor and the headset.
