★☆☆☆☆ (1-star)
Over the course of 4 days, I told 5 separate people on 6 separate occasions (I told 1 person 2x) that some spilled rice at the bottom of the ground-floor stairwell we were using each day needed to be cleaned up. This included 3 separate front desk staff, 1 cleaning person, and 1 room service person. Each assured it would be cleaned up. It never was. We left with it still not cleaned up 4 days later. That irritates me. - 5 stars. Otherwise, it was nice. Great breakfasts and hot omelettes! + 1 star.

They left food on the floor in the stairwell for 4 days. I told multiple people, every day, 2x per day, and they never cleaned it up! If they can't handle such a simple request in 4 days, they may not clean up the barf on the floor just in front of the fridge in room 246 either.

Overall: very good hotel and stay! Cody is one of the world's greatest omelette chefs in the world! He can make 10 omelettes at once practically faster than I can butter my toast!
The indoor pool is nice. Rooms are nice. Facilities are nice. Complimentary hot breakfast is excellent! (To the hotel: please get peanut butter though!)

So, go check the stairwell on the ground floor near room 246 and see if the rice is still there!
-0.5 stars because I'm not convinced they are going to clean up the barf in our room. My daughter fell off the bed, got a concussion, and threw up on the morning we were checking out (we took her to the hospital and she's ok). I scrubbed the puke out of the carpet with a washcloth and told a cleaning person that area still smelled like barf so it needed to be scrubbed with disinfectant. She said it was fine. I told the front desk on the way out, hoping they'll clean it. But, refer back to the rice: 5 separate people on 6 separate occasions over 4 days....if you get room 246, sorry about the barf smell. I assure you I asked them to clean it: 2 separate people on 2 separate occasions within 10 minutes of when we left. It's a 1 ft circle in front of the fridge on the floor.
Also, they have 10 total pack 'n play baby cribs for your infant. Bring your own sheets for it though. If they are out, you can buy a Cosco brand one for ~$55 at the Walmart nearby.
