Callback failure alerts from Worldpay #2

Despite following setup instructions, I'm getting emails Worldpay regarding callback failures:

Error reported: Callback to http://my.url.co.uk/?page=gf_worldpay_ipn: NOT OK, recevied HTTP status: 404

Looking at the response Worldpay received, this error is displayed on the 404 page Worldpay is receiving:

<b>Notice</b>: GFFormsModel::update_lead() is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 1.8.8! Use GFAPI::update_entry() instead. in <b>/my.server.path/wp-includes/functions.php</b> on line <b>3573</b>

This plugin is 3 years out of date and not maintained at all.
