Suspended cables between street lights?? #159

What do you think about adding some way to connect street lights with suspended overhead cables? In my case it would be useful because in my superflat world the underground is already occupied with cables and in some cases it could even be good as decoration. Anyway, in that case, street lights would have to be higher.

Or a composite block. Street light base + street light pole + street light lamp.

Ok, but with overhead cables between each lamp?

Should be doable. The biggest hurdle is getting the Blender model.

Might fit well with: #558 At least it's some way to give them power Or maybe let's add low voltage powerline?

Power lines can be any voltage, the issue is getting out on the wire.

I'll probably need to re-add the downlink. The main issue there is that the current model sucks, but I have some ideas...
