fix dark mode's consistency #31

pretty much, you can change mode from dark -> light one page, if you try to change pages it removes the theming. we need to add cookies to make sure that browser will stay on one theme when selected (just a bool)

Note: It's the mobile version. The phones have default themes that it defaults to?
