Unfortunately, some mod (i suspect Quark's 'Hoe Harvesting') is interacting with this - when i attempt to bonemeal crops, nearby crops are harvested and the crops remain unfertilized.
I think the easiest solution is to turn off Hoe Harvesting - we already can do the same thing with Ultimine, after all.
i've got Nature's Blessing 5 on a Netherite Hoe. This should allow me to bonemeal crops and grass, as per https://gist.github.com/Shadows-of-Fire/adab31e668b4fe71578bae2d5f87ee2b#natures-blessing.
