Current behavior (by user report):

User gets 1000+ utxos from a service like readcash
User tries to send from electron
Fails to broadcast due to consolidation of too many utxos

Expected behavior (for example, not a specific request)

Electron tells the user to send a smaller amount (that will definitely fit in the tx size limit)
User sends a smaller amount
Coin chooser covers the requested amount within the tx size limit

Current workaround:

Freeze half (for example) of coins in the coin tab and send max to consolidate the unfrozen coins.
Repeat in batches if necessary

ideally a wallet would handle this seamlessly by automatically splitting it into multiple transactions.
