These dont rely on the complete "butane", and are useful to run when coding in the butane_core directory.

Possibly should be renamed as there is already a "migration.rs" in this tests directory. Perhaps "migration.rs" should be renamed to be "adb.rs" ?
(Actually, this isnt worth it atm - it makes async merging harder)
