Enhencement: Focusing on fleet #375

Can you add a setting to focus on that fleet in the fleet list when selecting a fleet on the game screen?

For example, when supplying the 2nd Fleet for Expedition, please activate the Fleet#2 window. Cap 2023-07-16 10-41-14-062

Focusing when you select the fleet would need some really nasty hacks to work, so that likely won't happen. Focusing on resupply should be fairly easy, though. I guess it could also focus the correct view when you change the fleet. Maybe when changing equip too? Or generally, when one of the fleet views updates, it should get focused. This should be an opt-in feature, I guess a flag in the sub-window > fleet config.
