If you have set a manual tracker for a quest, it will override the system's one, nothing wrong with that.
But if the quest was a limited one and the Devs decide to reuse the quest ID for another quest, the manual tracker will stay and display wrong data.
If a quest is deleted from the tracker file, we could delete the manual trackers for this quest ?
I think automatically deleting manual trackers could cause problems. It might be better to just add a warning in the quest description tooltip when a manual tracker exists that's not equivalent to the system one.
